First State Bank Holds Grand Opening

First State Bank held a ribbon cutting on August 21, 2009 to celebrate the grand opening of their newly constructed Teays Valley branch at 3754 Teays Valley Road in Hurricane. The new facility (insert photo: First State Bank_082409) has drive through windows with video that lets the customer see, as well as talk with, the teller inside without ever leaving the automobile.
