PCDA Elects 2010 Officers

New officers were elected at the January meeting of the PCDA board of directors. David W. Bunger, Senior Vice President Business Banking, Chase Bank, was elected President. For the past two years, David served as Vice President and has served on the board for almost 10 years. He also serves on the PROTEC board of directors.

Al Howard was elected to serve as Vice President. Al is Vice President/Marketing Director at West Virginia Cashin Recyclables, Inc. in the HUB Industrial Park, in Nitro. He also serves on the PROTEC board of director and has served on PCDA’s board since October 2005.

P. Michael Hardesty, Senior Vice President, International Coal Group, was elected to serve as Secretary/Treasurer for the coming year. Mike has also served on the board since October 2005.
