Area Development Magazine Releases 2009 Corporate Survey

Area Development magazine recently released the 24th Annual Corporate Survey. The most recent survey shows that labor issues, highway accessibility, taxes – including exemptions and incentives, construction costs and energy availability and costs still top the lists of corporate survey takers in terms of those factors important to corporate site selectors. It is important to note that the highest ranking site selection factor was “Labor Costs.” 54.8% of the corporate site selectors rated labor costs very important among site selection factors.
