The photo, at left, shows Ralph Goolsby, Local Capacity Development Manager, WV Development Office, is shown receiving the Distinguished West Virginian award. The award was presented by Governor Tomblin and was delivered by Mary Jo Thompson, Director of the Community Development Division, WV Development Office.

The award was presented on July 14 at Ralph's retirement party.  Ralph is retiring after 37 years service with the WV Development Office.
