The 141 past and present board members of PCDA were recognized and awarded the Community Development Award for 2011.

The members were recognized for their the many contributions and faithful service to the ideals and purposes of the Putnam County Development Authority over the past 50 years (1961-2011) and for their tireless efforts and selfless devotion by working for the betterment of Putnam County for all of its citizens.

Past and present board members attending the event were presented the gift pictured at left, a hand-made glass statuette on light box made by John Desmuels of Glass Dimensions in Eleanor.
