The West Virginia District Export Council, in
cooperation with the U.S. Commercial Service and the West Virginia Development
Office, invites you to attend a program important to both new and experienced
exporters, focused on educating businesses to know the risks and limit exposure
when selling overseas.
Led by Senator Rockefeller
(invited), the conference will bring together leading experts from industry and
government to discuss the most recent developments and requirements in FCPA
compliance. In addition, they will address many other topics that will help you
address issues of non-payment, IP protection, export controls, and other topics
of interest.
This two-day program will take place
in Charleston, West Virginia at the Summit Conference Center on
