Sure, you’ve seen her on TV but you can also find her working in Winfield, West Virginia at Mattress Warehouse corporate headquarters.

Congratulations to Kimberly Brown Knopf, President of Innovative Mattress Solutions, LLC, she was one of four persons recently named to the West Virginia Business Hall of Fame. Brown is founder, president and chief executive officer of Innovative Mattress Solutions, a Winfield-based mattress retailer with more than 100 stores in West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. The stores operate under the names of Mattress Warehouse or Sleep Outfitters.

Kim is a native of Louisville, KY and a 1982 graduate of the University of Kentucky. She opened her first store in South Charleston in 1983.

Along with Kim, Stuart Robbins, Fred Tattersall and Douglass Van Scoy were inducted in Morgantown.
