December 20, 1999 - Gary Walton, Executive Director of the PCDA, announces that the PCDA quarterly newsletter Perspective is now available on-line. The Winter 1999 newsletter was mailed last week to businesses and members of the media in the area and is available in full color on the World Wide Web.
"Making the newsletter available on-line adds a new dimension to our efforts to help keep county residents - and the world - informed about the activities of the PCDA," according to Walton. The newsletter is available in ".pdf" (portable document format). To view .pdf files web surfers need the Adobe Acrobat Reader™. The software is available for free on the web.
