PCDA OFFERS NEW SERVICE TO PUTNAM COUNTY

The Putnam County Development Authority is  proud to announce that it is now offering a new FREE service to Realtors, Financial Institutions and individuals in Putnam County. PCDA's updated web site can help you sell or lease industrial and commercial property in Putnam County. If you have industrial or commercial property for sale, getting it on PCDA's web site is as easy as typing in the information.

We have spent considerable time testing the system and it appears to work very well.

Here's all you do...

1. Go to http://www.pcda.org

2. Click on "Properties" at top left on our main page.

3. Click on "List my Property" on the left side.

4. Complete each section (general information, contact information, owner information, purchase/lease options, property information, land area/sizes, transportation/utilities, other information) and then .

5. If available, submit property photos in the "images" section .

6. W hen you click on "Submit Property" the information and photos you include will be sent to PCDA.

PCDA staff will review each property submitted prior to placing the listing on the Internet.  Persons or firms submitting should be sure to include an email address in case  questions arise.   Residential properties will not be accepted.

This new listing service is made available for Putnam County properties only as a service of the Putnam County Development Authority.
